Affluence Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Affluence is operated by Affluence Exchange, Inc. ("Affluence," "we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Affluence to take part in brand campaigns, track your commissions, and receive payouts. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy covers the Affluence website at affluence.io, the Affluence creator portal, and the Affluence creator apps for iOS and other platforms (together, the "Service"). Your website account and your app account are the same account.

The Service is offered to users located in the United States and is not directed to anyone under 18.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name and the email address you sign in with. If you use Sign in with Apple, this may be an Apple private relay address.
  • Creator profile: your phone number and the TikTok and Instagram handles you enter. Handles identify your profile; entering one does not verify ownership or enroll you in a campaign.
  • Campaign activity: campaign applications, content you submit (including videos), messages you exchange with brands through the Service, product sample requests, and the shipping address you give for a sample.
  • Contracts: information you enter when you sign a campaign agreement electronically.
  • Support: messages and feedback you send us.

Earnings and payout information

  • Commission records: the brand, campaign, submission, rate, period, amount, and status of each commission earned through campaigns you take part in.
  • Payouts: your payout wallet balance, payout status, payout method labels, and withdrawal history. Payouts and identity verification are provided by Whop. When you complete identity verification, Affluence may receive the documents and answers you submit and forward them to Whop. We do not store full bank account or card numbers.

Accounts you connect

If you choose to connect a social or commerce account (such as Instagram, TikTok, or TikTok Shop) or accept a brand partnership request, we receive the data covered by the permissions you grant, such as profile details and the performance of content you created for a campaign. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time.

Information collected automatically

IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, and request and error logs, used to operate and secure the Service and prevent abuse. The mobile app stores your sign-in credential in the device keychain.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers (IDFA). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Information

  • authenticate you and secure your account;
  • maintain your creator profile and let you apply to and take part in campaigns;
  • calculate, display, and pay commissions, and support payout setup and identity verification;
  • deliver campaign invitations, messages, contracts, and product samples;
  • send transactional email such as sign-in codes and account notices;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms;
  • maintain and improve the Service; and
  • comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. How We Share Information

  • Brands and agencies you work with. When you apply to or take part in a campaign, that brand or agency can see your name, email address, social handles, application, submitted content and its performance, messages, and any sample shipping address you provide. Content you submit may be used under the campaign terms you accept, including as ads run through partnership permissions you grant.
  • Payout provider. Whop receives the information needed to set up payouts, verify identity, and process withdrawals, under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Sign-in providers. Google and Apple process information under their own policies when you choose to sign in with them.
  • Service providers. Hosting, database, storage, email delivery, e-signature, and security providers that process information on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Corporate changes. In connection with a reorganization, merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to commitments no less protective than this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

5. Account Deletion and Retention

You can request deletion of your account in the app under Account → Delete account, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account. The app shows the processing and retention details before you confirm.

Before deleting your account, withdraw your payout balance, let any pending earnings, including affiliate commissions, be paid, and finish signing any campaign agreement you started; the app shows when anything is still outstanding. When an account is deleted, we delete your creator profile, connected social and platform accounts, profile photos, sign-in details, and sample shipping addresses, stop any outreach to you, and replace your name and email with an anonymous placeholder wherever we stored them, usually within minutes and always within 30 days. Commission, payout, and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes. Content you submitted to a brand under campaign terms and messages you sent in campaign conversations remain with the brand but are no longer linked to your name or contact details. Signed campaign agreements are kept as legal records; the signed document itself still shows the name and signature you signed with. We keep your email address on our outreach suppression list so we do not contact you again. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • Update your name, phone number, and social handles in your creator profile.
  • Disconnect connected accounts or revoke partnership permissions at the platform.
  • Sign out of the app at any time.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message; transactional messages such as sign-in codes continue.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We verify requests by confirming control of the email address on the account and respond within the period required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 and will delete it if we learn we have. Contact [email protected] if you believe a person under 18 has provided us information.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the Service or by email.
